Parents/Guardians,

We wanted to provide an update after the Board Meeting tonight. At this time we are still shut down to at least May 29^th due the order signed last week by our governor. With that in mind we are asking for your feedback on a tentative plan for the upcoming season. We are requesting that your respond by Friday May 15^th on your interest in continuing the season under the proposed format.

              2020 Summer MLL Baseball Tentative Plan

1. Practice to start on or around June 1^st
2. Field Day will be one of the first 2 Saturdays in June
3. Season to start June 15^th with 4 weeks of play approx. 3 games per week culminating on or around July 10^th. Playoffs potentially the week following.
4. Concession stands and press boxes will be closed for the entire season.
5. If the Ohio Department of Health recommends or requires mask parents will be responsible to provide a mask for their player to be worn at all times.

In the event that social distancing is extended by the State of Ohio and is pushed beyond the May 29^th date we will likely not be able to provide a season in the summer. Again we ask for your feedback on if you would be interested in playing under this format should we be given the green light. Please provide a response to [email protected] That either yes you are interested in this potential format or no you are not interested in this format.  Should you decide you are not interested in this format you will be provided a full refund minus the $3 processing fee. Should we not be able to play a season refunds will also be issued.
