The photos will be taken inside the small gym at Maumee Middle School starting at 10am. You will check in at the front table and be handed a piece of paper with a QR code and then your player(s) will select a pose for their photo. Each player and coach will be photographed individually and then composited together to make a team photo. So no need to worry about sticking around for the whole group. Please be sure to arrive about 10 minutes early to ensure we stay on schedule. Have your player bring their glove if they’d like to use it in the photo. We will provide bats for any poses that may require them, so no need to bring them. Remember to have your player in full uniform. If your player cannot attend their time slot, please email us at [email protected]. We will have a 30 minute window after the last session. We will also have information about a possible make up day later that week, but the window for make-ups is limited. 

As for purchasing pictures, you will receive an email after the photos are ready with a link to preview the photos and place your order.
