Player Evaluation Day (Tryouts)
The Maumee Little League asks that if you are contacted about participating in the Player Evaluation Day that you make every attempt to attend. If your assigned time is a problem, please ask for a different time.
First Day of Practice
All Divisions except Senior Division will begin practices April 1st. Some deviation from this guideline is possible based on the weather and the date of Opening Day. The Senior division will begin practicing in May.
Picture Day Held at Ford Field
Pictures for all Divisions are done on one day. You will receive specific information from your Team Manager. Field DayAnnual cleanup, repair and prep day for our ballparks. Held the Saturday before Opening Day, anyone and everyone is encouraged to participate, ask your Team Manager for information.
Opening Day Parade & Ceremonies
Opening Day begins with the parade and ceremonies. All players and teams are encouraged to participate and should gather in uniform beginning at 9:30 am in the Maumee Elks Parking Lot (137 W. Wayne). The parade will leave the Elks at 10:00 am and march up W. John St. to Ford Field where the ceremonies and a full day of baseball ensues.
